Factory warranty - manufacturing defects upon receipt
Our products are carefully composed and are of high quality. However, it is possible that there is a manufacturing defect in our products. Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching or lining, or hardware malfunction. Should it happen that you discover something that should not be the case, you must make this known within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Factory warranty - excluded from warranty
Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.
Some examples of what is not covered under our manufacturer's warranty:

Factory warranty - validity
We will warrant items with manufacturing defects purchased on www.xplctstudios.com within 6 months of purchase. Please note: if the product has demonstrable user damage, you may not receive a full refund. Warranty claims may take four to six weeks to process.
Factory warranty - service and solution
If your product falls under our warranty policy, we will ship a replacement to you, if available.
Otherwise we will e-mail you an e-gift card* for the purchase price, valid for use on xplctstudios.com.
*You can also receive a refund within the normal return period of 14 days
Factory warranty - bought at retailer
For warranty claims on items purchased at authorized retail locations, you may return your XPLCT items to the point of purchase. They will contact us.

Check if you have to pay for the import cost. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. XPLCT has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
When will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM are delivered within 2 to 3 working days (Netherlands). Ordered on weekends, after 4:00 pm or on public holidays? We use a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping to another country?
Delivery abroad is possible. Within Europe we use a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time is at least one week.
Where can I track my package?
As soon as your package has arrived at DHL, you will automatically receive a track and trace code to follow your package.
I have not received my Track and Trace code?
If you have not received a track and trace code, it may be due to an error in the system or a delay at DHL. We recommend that you contact us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
