Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
What personal data do we collect and when?
We ask you to share certain personal data in order to provide you with the products and services you request from us. This is the case, for example, when you make purchases, contact our customer service, wish to receive messages, create an account, or use our site.

From whom do we process personal data and how do we get it?
We process the personal data of anyone who has (had) direct or indirect contact with our SITE, such as customers.
We receive the data directly from you when you visit our SITE, create an account and enter certain information or when you contact our customer service.
In some cases we receive your data from others. When someone sends a gift directly to you, we receive your name and address details. We may also receive information from other parties, but only if you have given those parties permission to provide certain information to us.
Where are your data collected / stored?
Your data is stored in various databases. We always use strict security measures. Data is almost always stored within the European Union. In the rare event that customer data is transferred to countries outside the European Union, we will ensure that your privacy remains appropriately protected. This has been officially established for a number of countries. Some American parties have registered under the Privacy Shield, which offers sufficient protection.

We use a variety of technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and verification tools, to keep your personal information secure.
Rights of you in relation to your data
You have the right to request: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) an electronic copy of your personal data (portability); (iii) correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect; or (iv) deletion or restriction of your personal data in certain circumstances as provided for by applicable law. These are not absolute rights. When we have obtained your consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Incidentally, on our website you have the option to view or change your own personal data independently, and you can delete your personal data that you have entered yourself on such a website via the options provided for this purpose.

We may also pass on personal data we hold about you in the event of sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets (including in the event of reorganization, division, dissolution or liquidation).

When requesting access, change or deletion of data, remember to clearly state your (full) name, address and place of residence and to enclose a copy of an identification document. This so that we can determine with some certainty whether the data you request, have been changed or removed, actually relate to you.
Not every request for change or removal will be honored. A request regarding personal data that does not (only) relate to you will be refused. The Personal Data Protection Act also stipulates that you have the right to rectify factual inaccuracies. A request to amend data from which it does not follow that the data were factually incorrect, or that does not follow that the requested change makes the data factually correct, will not be honored. We will not fully honor every request for deletion of data. In some cases, we are required by law to keep certain data (tax legislation).
