When a returned/exchanged item doesn’t live up to our policy, it will be denied and returned to the customer.

    If you want to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your package. The items must be returned in new, unwashed, and unused condition. They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

    Important Information: 

    • Always keep your return receipt. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
    • If a returned or exchanged item does not meet our policy, it will be denied and sent back to the customer.
    • The costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
    • If your order includes a free promotional item, this item must also be returned in case of a return. If the promotional item is not included with the return, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

     

    WARRANTY

    Quality guarantee

    Factory warranty - manufacturing defects upon receipt
    Our products are carefully composed and are of high quality. However, it is possible that there is a manufacturing defect in our products. Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching or lining, or hardware malfunction. In case of a faulty item you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt and photographic proof.

    Factory warranty - excluded from warranty
    Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.  

    Some examples of what is not covered under our manufacturer's warranty:

    • Scratches, soiled spots, or marks from normal use
    • Discolouration from dampness, storage or sun
    • Exposure to chemicals or products with alcohol
    • Improper care


    Factory warranty - validity
    We will warrant items with manufacturing defects purchased on www.xplctstudios.com within 6 months of purchase. Please note: if the product has demonstrable user damage, you may not receive a full refund. Warranty claims may take four to six weeks to process. *Only valid with proof of purchase

    Factory warranty - service and solution
    If your product falls under our warranty policy, we will ship a replacement to you, if available. Otherwise we will e-mail you an e-gift card* for the purchase price, valid for use on xplctstudios.com.
    *You can also receive a refund within the normal return period of 14 days

    Factory warranty - bought at retailer
    For warranty claims on items purchased at authorized retail locations, you may return your XPLCT items to the point of purchase. They will contact us.
