RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt. If you choose to exercise this right, you will be refunded the full order amount. The costs for returning the package from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

When returning a product, it must be sent back to the entrepreneur along with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please sign up your return through our return portal. You can find more information provided at the 'Return & Warranty' page on our website. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after you register your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
