Free Shipping
- Free shipping for orders over €49 (Netherlands only).
Track & Trace Code
Once your package has been processed by PostNL, you will automatically receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment. If you have not received a track & trace code, it may be due to a system error or a delay at PostNL. In that case, please contact us via email: info@xplctstudios.com.
Shipping Within the Netherlands & Belgium
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days (Netherlands).
- Orders placed on weekends, or on public holidays will have a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
- All packages shipped within the Netherlands & Belgium are sent via PostNL.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Below are the estimated delivery times:
- Within Europe: 3 to 5 business days.
- Outside Europe: Delivery times are at least one week, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or delays with local carriers.
Import Duties & Taxes
If you are shipping to a country outside the European Union, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country and are determined by local customs policies. XPLCT Studios has no control over these charges, and we cannot provide estimates as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact us by email: info@xplctstudios.com. We will initiate an investigation with PostNL, which may take up to 8-10 working days. After the investigation is complete, we will notify you with an update and offer a suitable solution based on the outcome.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package or the wrong items, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions on how to return or exchange the items, and we will cover the return shipping costs if the fault lies with us.
Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@xplctstudios.com. Once the order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday). During peak times such as sales periods or holidays, processing times may take longer than usual. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
